Sybawed is a Cape Town based company previously focusing on local schools to provide IT services.

Background

They had branched out into the business world and wanted to expand their client base in Johannesburg, without any formal sales structures.

Solution

We managed the entire sales process for them, from lead generation to onboarding and account management. Using a combination of emails, phone calls and face to face visits, we generated leads, held discovery sessions, drew up proposals and negotiated contracts to close.
